I am very excited to announce that our Shamrock Project this year will be a 5K run along Peachtree Road on March 12th at 8am. We are working with Thrive Fitness and the route runs through the heart of Brookhaven and Buckhead.
The run is free, but a $10 donation is suggested. For those runners donating $25 or more we will be giving you a KD Koozie to show our appreciation. All proceeds will go to support the Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children.
We need YOUR HELP! We would like to give out raffle items to those that donate, but we need help with raffle items. If you own a business, have connections with local business owners, have an item/service you want to give or would like to ask local businesses to give we need you! Contact me, Beth Knott at eknot5@aol.com to help.
We also need people to post flyers around town and invite other runners. Again you can email me for a flyer. We will also have flyers at all upcoming events for you to take.
