Founder's Day Celebration

Friendship was the ideal of Kappa Delta, and it grew out of the beautiful friendship
of four girls. We felt it could be extended to a large multitude of girls, there was so much of it in our hearts for each other. The friendship young girls have for each other is a very lovely thing, unselfish, pure, very loyal, and brave for the sake of its name. And that is why Kappa Delta has endured, because she sprung from such a pure source.

Introducing Madame President

Continuing our series of meeting our chapter officers, say hello to our chapter president, Christina Pugh. Christina is originally from Doswell, Virginia but has been in Atlanta for six and a half years. Christina joined Kappa Delta during her undergraduate days at Lynchburg College.

Christina spends her days working for CareerBuilder.com as a Manager of Client Support. When she isn’t working, she enjoys shopping, her puppy Lola, traveling and Kappa Delta-ing (for us and West Georgia CAB). Her favorite places to travel are Denver (for the freshness), Seville, Spain (for the culture), New York (for the excitement) and Chicago (because it is just a great place)!

Christina plays the piano and her favorite book is Charlotte’s Web. Her favorite food is ice cream and she says the best thing about Atlanta is the weather and all the great restaurants.
